I want you to absolutely LOVE your Shugies Jewelry!  If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let me know!

Returns for a full refund can be made within 14 days of original purchase.  Please return unworn product, with all packaging, to the address listed on my contact page.  I recommend that you email me that you are returning an item so I may expedite your full refund upon receipt of product.  Return shipping is customers responsibility.  Since refunds are processed once the item has been returned to Shugies, I do recommend mailing with delivery confirmation.

Looking to exchange for a different one – you bet!  Just contact me via email and we’ll work together to make sure you get the piece you like.  Returns of unworn product for exchange are available within 30 days of original purchase.  Just email me and we’ll work out the details.

All of Shugies Jewelry is hand crafted with the utmost care and concern for quality.  Since I hand make each piece, I work with it from the design concept all the way through to completion.  I want your Shugies Jewelry to last you a lifetime!  Should your jewelry become damaged or break under normal usage please contact me so we can repair/replace your jewelry.
